Regarding giving her Harmony 15 Premium: A Harmony Advanced license does not give access to any version of Harmony Premium, regardless of how old the version of Premium is. Regarding opening Harmony 17 Advanced files in Harmony 15 Premium: You CAN do this, but there may be errors and objects not placed correctly if the user using Harmony 17 Advanced has used any features that were new to Harmony 16 or 17 and are not available in 15. Please note: A standard month to month subscription of our software usually includes Silver Support, which does not currently include the ability to access past versions.
